I am VP Director of Experience Design at Area 23, 2023 Cannes Lion Healthcare Agency of the Year and part of the Omnicom Health Network. I design and architect world-class web sites, apps, and touchscreen experiences for clients like J&J, Sanofi, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, and Novartis. I serve as an operational lead by building and running Experience Design teams of product designers and UX architects, by establishing digital product process, and by researching and implementing modern digital design software like Figma, Neurons AI and more. As an award-winning designer (2020 DTC Perspectives Unbranded Site of the Year) who has spent the past ten years crafting digital experiences, I serve as both a project lead and the glue between the client, brand teams and development. From designing and rapidly prototyping in Figma, to aligning business goals and accessibility standards to campaigns and brand guidelines, to building Figma design systems, I can design incredible experiences or make a creative department’s designs even better. I bring professionalism, leadership, and peace of mind to my organization.
Prior to my seven years at Omnicom Health/IPG Health, I was Lead UX Design for ADP’s Datacloud division where I designed their leading HR business products. I won design awards and received five design patents for my work. Before ADP I was Director of User Experience Design for direct response leader Tristar Products, leading design, user testing and development for all e-commerce web sites. Previously, I was Creative Director and Director of User Experience Design for Urban One, Creative Director at boutique healthcare agency M2 Communications, and Creative Director at financial publisher Arizent.
